International Customers
Due to excessive international chargebacks (customers reversing the charge on their credit card and keeping the merchandise), we unfortunately had to implement a policy to accept only PayPal payments on international orders. Merchandise will be shipped only to the address that is associated with the PayPal account. On a case-by-case basis, we may approve a credit card transaction from an international customer. 3.9% international credit card transaction fee applies.
Sales Tax
All US states are exempt from sales tax except MS, which is subject to 7.00% sales tax.
Wireless Disclaimer
Some analog wireless cameras are subject to interference from cordless phones, microwaves, wireless internet and other wireless devices operating in the 2.4GHz frequency range. Keep these systems AT LEAST 10ft away from the devices during installation and operation. Analog wireless signals are not completely secure and can be intercepted. Many manufacturers are transitioning to all-digital interference-free encrypted wireless signals. Products that are digital will be labeled and advertised as such.
Covert Camera Product Style Disclaimer
Covert units are a camera and transmitter or DVR system built into an actual working product (e.g. clock, lamp, picture frame, plant, air purifier, etc.). Occasionally, the style of that product may differ from that pictured, based on availability.
Lawful Use of our Products
It is the responsibility of you, the consumer, to confirm all State, Local and Federal Laws regulating the acquisition and/or usage of any merchandise sold by JLM Merchandise. It is also the consumer's obligation to ensure that conversations are only recorded as outlined by the law of the jurisdiction in which the devices are utilized. Equipment is never to be used for the surreptitious interception of oral communications. All products are sold subject to public law, all state and Federal rules, regulations, etc. JLM Merchandise is not accountable for violation of any law by any JLM Merchandise customer using any JLM Merchandise product. We prohibit our sales in areas we know are illegal to possess or use these products, or the law expressly prohibits us from selling the item in that area. This policy does not preclude your responsibility to understand and adhere to the laws in your location. We do not provide legal advice.
