* Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) is necessary for recording as the firmware will require ActiveX controls which can be integrated only inside the IE browser. Any other standard web browser enables you to view the live video, but recording will require IE.

** There are thousands of third party apps for iPhone and Android mobile phones. We can give you suggestions, but we recommend making use of the sign in mobile phone option when calling up the IP camera via your cell phone internet browser.
