Our True IP wireless WiFi security camera system comes in your choice of covert and non-covert options and allows you to seamlessly integrate up to 9 cameras right into your existing wireless network.

Record Right to Your Computer

Using any Windows computer and the Internet Explorer browser, you can record the live video stream onto that computer - whether on your internal network or from a remote network. All the while, your network is streaming your live security footage over the Internet allowing you to view it live from any internet-connected computer (using ANY browser) or an internet-capable smart phone or mobile device, including iPhone, iPad, Android devices, Blackberry devices, Windows Mobile, and Symbian. Awesome!

Important Notes

  • On a standard 5 or 6 Mbps residential broadband Internet connection, we recommend 4 to 5 cameras maximum due to speed limitations. Internet connections with higher speeds can stream more cameras.
  • The IP camera firmware allows you to manage and record up to 9 IP cameras on one IP address. Internet and Smart Phone remote-view streaming speeds vary depending on the bandwidth of both the host and the remote broadband and GSM networks.
  • Streaming video will use data. Internet service plans without unlimited data should be monitored closely to avoid overage charges. We recommend using Internet video streaming only on unlimited plans.

    Although most of our True IP products have an option for the addition of an external battery, check out our True IP Recharged line for battery-only covert IP cameras. Why opt for battery-only option? Here are a couple reasons:
    1. It is less expensive than adding on the external battery pack to an AC powered unit (please note that the battery-only units do not offer the ability to power via AC adapter)
    2. It is a great choice if you're going to be using an IP camera in an area with no AC power
